Contributions to the Owl Club come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes a little creative thinking can provide the most beneficial gift to the Owl Club while also providing additional benefits to you, your company or your family. Cash Gifts
Cash, checks made payable to the FAU Foundation, Inc., and charges to Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Payroll Deduction
Florida Atlantic University employees have the option to make their Owl Club contributions through the University Payroll Deduction program. You can make your Owl Club contribution in equal monthly installments, which are paid right from your bi-weekly paycheck. Please contact the Owl Club if you are a member of the Florida Atlantic University faculty or staff and would like to enroll in the University Payroll Deduction program.

Gift-In-Kind
Donated services or items that would normally be purchased by the Athletics Department are accepted on a limited basis. All gifts-in-kind must be pre-approved by the Director of Athletics. Note: Donated services are not tax deductible per IRS rules.

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match your contribution to the Owl Club. Please inquire with your Human Resource department and submit your company's matching gift form with your gift. You can double, sometimes triple your annual gift to the Owl Club. FAU Athletics benefits from additional scholarship support, you get the benefits of the higher Owl Club membership level and your company contributes half or more of your annual contribution. Planned Giving
Planned or deferred giving offers a variety of gift options and represents an area of charitable giving important to the future of FAU. While this form of giving is encouraged, planned or deferred gifts provide no current income or benefits to FAU Athletics. Note: Since the primary objective of the Priority Point Program is to raise additional annual operating funds for the Athletics Department, planned or deferred gifts are not eligible for points.

Gift of Appreciated Property
Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, property, etc., can all be accepted as gifts.
