Final Stats

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team lost 3-0 (20-25, 24-26, 18-25) to Denver on Saturday night.

The first set featured 12 ties as neither team could establish firm control of the match, the set was tied at 17 when Denver took the next five points, eventually taking the set 25-20. The second set was an equally tight affair with neither team holding a lead of more than three points, with the score tied at 24, the Pioneers took the next two points to grab a two set to none lead. FAU fell behind early in the third set and was unable to catch up, falling 25-18 to give Denver the win.

The Owls will hit the road next weekend, traveling to Troy and South Alabama.
